Help your partner feel loved, acknowledged and appreciated. Be sensitive, aware and present for your partner and take the time and energy to focus on our your mate.

2. Remember why you are together and explore ways to keep the passion alive.
3. Share dreams, goals and things that are important to you. Work together to manifest them in your life together.
4. Be on the same team, don’t fall into blame and attack.
5. Take care of yourself and your needs.
6. Communicate, communicate, communicate. Speak your truth in love and don’t assume.
7. Do things together. Find things to do and share that you both can enjoy, dance classes, cooking classes, daily walking, perhaps something new to the both of you.
8. Find joy, laughter and playfulness in your life together.
9. Take time everyday to tell each other "I love you" and never go to bed on an upset, argument or fight.
10. Be true to yourself, willing to compromise but not sacrifice.
11. Learn ways to get through upsets& disagreements.
12. Learn to understand each other better and keep your relationship a priority.
