Tips for Joyful Living
1.
REFLECT. Consciously OPEN YOUR HEART, love yourself and extend
that love out to others.

RE-ACCESS. Prioritize what is really important to you. Then,
look to see what in your life is not working the way you want it,
decide just how you do want it and take steps every day to move
in that new direction.

RELEASE THE PAST. Notice where there is un-forgiveness, blame,
hurt, resentment... Let it go, move on, forgive yourself and others...Do
not carry the burden of the past into the present.
4.
REJECT NEGATIVITY. Watch your thoughts, turn negative thoughts
and beliefs into new positive thoughts and attitudes... Fccus on
these throughout each day.
5.
REVEL IN LIFE. Express your joy, creativity and laughter...
Do the things that make you happy and put a smile on your face.
6.
REST & REJUVENATE. Take time for yourself, to nurture
and nourish...Read, have a massage, walk in the woods, take a nap,
swim in the sea.....
7.
RESPECT & HONOR. Cherish and take care of your body,
yourself and your relationships.
8.
RETURN LOVE & POSITIVE ENERGY. Extend yourself to others
and give...Find a great organization and volunteer, Practice random
acts of kindness....
9. RE-CLAIM YOUR PERSONAL POWER. Find those areas where you
have given up your true self and where you have been holding yourself
back. Give yourself permission to be expressive and bold. BE YOURSELF!
10.
RECOUNT YOUR BLESSINGS. Have a daily ATTITUDE of GRATITUDE
& give thanks regularly.
